August 21 is the first day of school!

Here are a couple tips to prepare your children for the school year ahead:

•Whether you or your child is making their lunch, here are a few tips on making sure it is a healthy one. Make sure it is balanced, including vegetables, fruits, grains, and protein and calcium containing foods. For example, a ham and cheese sandwich, yoghurt (reduced sugar), carrot sticks, and an apple.
