Kwanlin Dün First Nation is honored to announce that it has received a Certification of Recognition (COR) for outstanding achievement in safety excellence from the Northern Safety Network Yukon. Kwanlin Dün meets and exceeds legislated requirements through it’s Occupational Health and Safety orientation required for all staff, policies, procedures and making safety a #1 priority.
Over the past five years, Kwanlin Dün has developed a rigorous safety program that includes an extensive Occupational Health and Safety Manual.
“This is a landmark achievement for Kwanlin Dün and we are proud of what we have achieved in workplace safety” stated Kwanlin Dün Chief Doris Bill.
