Kwanlin Dun is setting up a Financial Trust Working Group to guide the process of establishing a Trust structure which will manage our compensation funds and other assets flowing from the Final Agreement.
Working closely with a Trust Adviser, KDFN’s lawyers and accountants, the Working Group will define our investment goals, decide how to control investment risks, define the terms of the Trust Deeds and Investment Policy Statement, and how Trustees will be held accountable to beneficiaries.
If you are a KDFN beneficiary, have a general knowledge of business, financial and investment practice, and are interested in serving on this important Working Group, we want to hear from you.
