Call for Financial Trust Working Group Members

Kwanlin Dun is setting up a Financial Trust Working Group to guide the process of establishing a Trust structure which will manage our compensation funds and other assets flowing from the Final Agreement.

Working closely with a Trust Adviser, KDFN’s lawyers and accountants, the Working Group will:

• define our investment goals,
• decide how to control investment risks,
• define the terms of the Trust Deeds and Investment Policy Statement, and
• define how Trustees will be held accountable to beneficiaries.

If you are a KDFN beneficiary, have a general knowledge of business, financial and investment practice, and are interested in serving on this important Working Group, we want to hear from you.
