Kwanlin Dün First Nation Community Services is pleased to invite Citizens, tenants, and families to a special community gathering to kick off the Greener Neighbourhood Pilot Project (GNPP), 100 Home Retrofit initiative.
This event will take place on Friday, May 22, from 12 to 7 p.m. at the Potlatch House.
This event is a chance to come together, enjoy time with family and neighbours, and learn more about upcoming improvements to KDFN housing.
This is a family-friendly community event with activities for all ages!
Staff from Community Services will be on-site to connect, listen, and share information, including about:
- support programs, housing information, and how to access help
- home care tips and how to request repairs
- updates on the 100 Home Retrofit Program and what to expect
The aim of this project is to improve housing quality, energy efficiency, and comfort for KDFN homes.
This is the first step in sharing information, building relationships, and working together as a community as this initiative moves forward.
