We’d like to give a big shout out to the KDFN Pathways and Health Outreach teams who were recently invited by Carcross/Tagish First Nation to participate in Haa Kusteeyí in July. The crew spent two days providing culturally grounded harm reduction and health promotion services at the event. Here’s a few quick stats:

  • The teams engaged with and talked to 200 people
  • Provided naloxone training to 40 people
  • Played 6 games of health sexuality bingo, with a total of 42 players
  • Provided transportation for one KDFN Elder

Shä̀w níthän, másin cho, gunałchÎsh, and thank you for your hard work and dedication!
